Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, we arrange delivery through our logistics network across Pakistan.

Please note that unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, law and order situations, public holidays, or regional restrictions may occasionally cause delivery delays. We always make every possible effort to process and dispatch orders promptly.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and valid billing/shipping address and active contact number when placing your order.

Delivery Information

• Orders are delivered through our logistics partners.
• A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery.
• If an authorized person receives the parcel on your behalf at the provided address, the delivery will be considered completed.
• If your home address is usually unattended, we recommend providing an alternative address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
• Same-day delivery may be available in selected cities, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Monday to Sunday, excluding applicable public holidays and exceptional circumstances.

• Once a package has been delivered to the provided address, it cannot be rerouted.
• Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct before confirming your order.

Product Display & Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products, colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings, monitor displays, lighting, or photography conditions. Minor differences in color or appearance do not necessarily indicate a defect and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, opened, tampered with, or in an unacceptable condition, please:

1. Refuse the delivery where possible.
2. Take photos/videos of the package if appropriate.
3. Contact our Customer Support team immediately.
