Warranty Terms

Defective Products

Customers must report any defective product to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Warranty Period

All eligible electrical products come with a 1-month warranty from the delivery date.

Repair First Policy

• During the warranty period, we will repair defective products first.
• If the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty will be void if:

• The product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by the customer or an unauthorized person before being sent to the OGKUSH.PK warehouse.
• The product has not been used according to the manual or instructions provided.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper handling.

Warranty Expiration

Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the warranty period has expired.

Product Components & Spare Parts

No Extra Attachments Provided

Only the attachments/accessories included with the original product will be provided. No additional or custom attachments will be supplied.

Spare Parts Policy

Loose spare parts will not be provided separately during the warranty period.

Return & Replacement Conditions

Mishandling Disclaimer

OGKUSH.PK is not responsible for products damaged due to:

• Customer negligence
• Misuse or improper handling
• Physical damage
• Damage caused during transit/shipping

No Refunds During Warranty

We do not issue refunds during the warranty period if the product can be repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty terms.

Return Process & Charges

• For warranty claims, the product must be sent to the OGKUSH.PK warehouse at the customer's own expense.
• If the warranty claim is found to be valid, applicable return shipping costs will be covered by OGKUSH.PK.
• For returns made for reasons other than a valid warranty claim, 30% of the original invoice amount will be deducted as a restocking/processing fee.
