At OGKUSH.PK, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth and reliable post-purchase experience. Please read our Warranty & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Defective Product Notification

Any defective item must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Warranty Duration

All eligible electrical products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of receipt.

3. Repair & Replacement Policy

• Products covered under warranty will be repaired first.
• If the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced, subject to stock availability.
• No refund will be provided if the product can be repaired or replaced.

4. Warranty Will Be Void If:

The warranty will not be applicable if:

• The product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by the customer or any unauthorized person.
• The product has not been used according to the instructions/manual provided.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper handling.

5. Warranty Expiry

No repair or replacement requests will be entertained after the warranty period has expired.

Product & Parts Policy

Original Attachments Only

Only the original attachments/accessories included with the product will be provided. No additional or separate attachments will be supplied.

Spare Parts

Loose spare parts are not provided or sold separately during the warranty period.

Important Return & Responsibility Terms

Mishandling & Damage

OGKUSH.PK will not be responsible for damage caused by:

• Customer negligence or misuse.
• Improper handling.
• Physical damage after delivery.
• Damage occurring due to circumstances outside our responsibility during transportation/shipping.

No Refund Where Repair/Replacement Is Possible

During the warranty period, refunds will not be issued if the product can be repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty terms.

Return Procedure & Costs

• Customers must send/deliver the product to the OGKUSH.PK warehouse at their own expense.
• If the warranty claim is found to be valid, applicable return shipping charges will be covered by OGKUSH.PK.
• For non-warranty returns, 30% of the original invoice amount will be deducted as restocking/processing charges.
